all requested contact and institutional information in the email
and attach documents (manuscript and figures) to the email. Similarly,
you may submit documents as email attachment with an email directly
to firstname.lastname@example.org. If for any reason you are not able to
submit your order electronically, you can send an electronic file
of your documents on CD, diskette or zip drive via mail. Our mailing

A: Please send accompanying figures along with your document to
help your editor better understand the ideas that you want to communicate.

A: Absolutely. Only your editor will read your documents. Your
documents and all correspondence with Elixigen will remain private.
Elixigen keeps track of all clients and their assigned scientific
editors, so that you will work with the same editor every time
you submit a document for editing. Elixgien does not give away
or sell any information about our clients to any third party sources.
